摘要:随着人们生活水平的提高,对空调静音性要求越来越高,变频压缩机由于转速更高,更容易出现噪音问题。本文针对转子扭斜的扭斜角和分段数进行研究,分析了对反电动势谐波、齿槽转矩的影响,最终明确了扭斜对电机、压缩机性能和噪音的影响。 关键词:永磁同步电机;噪音;转子扭斜;反电动势谐波;齿槽转矩 Abstract: With the development of peoples life, the demand of quiet airconditioning is higher and higher. However, because of the higher speed, the noise of inverter compressor is more easily to appear. This paper is aimed at studying the angle and subsection of rotor skew, and analyzed the influence on the EMF and cogging torque.
